website. Navigate:

www.rimage.com > Support > Desktop > 360i. Select the Downloads tab.

Download the latest firmware.

• Center the disc in the tray. This is a one-time solution. If this solution does not work,

your

Rimage 360i requires the attention of an authorized Rimage Repair Technician. Contact your

Rimage reseller for repair and service options.
